For anyone who DID receive an All-Star invite during the November 25’ or Spring 26’ Districts AND anyone who receives a gold medal in the “A” bracket for Form/Sparring during the Friday Open Competition.

Sword & Han Mu Do Training with Dr. He Young Kimm
*Multiple Options on Friday and Saturday for Junior, Youth, & Adult Students

The Sword and Han Mu Do Seminar is designed to honor part of our heritage and training style. Dr. He-Young Kimm is the world’s foremost historian in Korean Martial Arts, and Tiger Rock treasures our relationship with him. Students will learn some of the Han Mu Do techniques for the distance of self-defense that is in between striking and ground defense…..and this will include locking and throwing techniques.

Saturday is your opportunity to compete with the Best of the Best! This day of competition is reserved only for those that received a Gold Medal in Forms or Sparring at the Fall or Spring District Tournament. Also eligible is anyone who received a Gold Medal in Forms or Sparring in the "A Ring" at the National Championships on Friday.
